What's included:
Guided hour scenic trail hike. Note: hike has some inclines.
All levels guided yoga and meditation.
Nourishing snacks and drinks.
Free time to explore, relax and soak in nature.
Plenty of parking and restrooms available.
What to bring:
Yoga mat and props as needed.
Snack and lunch.
Water.
Appropriate and comfortable clothes and shoes for hike and yoga.
Something to write with, pen and paper or journal.
Hat, sunblock, sun protection of your choice.
Layers for added warmth, coolness, and comfort.
